How we publish

Trust is an ingredient.

How Luma Table researches, develops, tests, updates, and labels its gluten-free recipes.

Recipe development

We begin with a specific cooking goal and write a complete method around that result. Search data can identify useful topics, but it does not determine ingredient ratios, technique, or claims.

Testing status

Every recipe in the current Luma Table collection has been prepared and evaluated in the kitchen. Recipe pages display the testing date, and future substantive revisions will receive a new updated date.

Gluten-free safety

Recipes call for ingredients labeled gluten-free where cross-contact is possible. The FDA definition of “gluten-free” requires any unavoidable gluten to remain below 20 parts per million. People with celiac disease or a medical need to avoid gluten should check every package and use clean tools, surfaces, and appliances. Luma Table provides general cooking information, not medical advice.

Corrections and updates

Substantive changes receive an updated date. We do not change dates only to make a page appear fresh. When a correction materially affects the result, the page will explain what changed.

Images and commercial relationships

Current preview food images were generated with AI as temporary editorial concept artwork. They are labeled on recipe pages and will be replaced with original photography before public launch. Future sponsorships or affiliate relationships will be disclosed on the relevant page.
